Hey all, I'd love your honest take on Community Rounds.
A Community Round is when a company engages with their customers and community in the ultimate way, letting them invest in the company.
Mercury Bank, Levels Health, Roam Research etc. after raising VC money, let their customers invest in them. Focusing the narrative around being part of the company, not necessarily because they needed the capital.
A Community Round is the easiest way for companies to dip their toes in Web3 and break the third wall between them and their customers / community.
