Hello Everyone!

I am Anna Mroczkowski, job title TBD, but will be in charge of all things community at FastSpring. FastSpring is a full-service ecommerce platform designed to help software companies increase revenue, expand their global footprint, and out-innovate their competitors.

I am currently in the process of building a community for our company's customers. I am a believer in allowing customers to really build a strong reputation with our company. I want them to feel like they can come to us for anything. I want FastSpring to be a leader, be transparent and also be somewhat vulnerable. I am however worried about customers only using the community for support inquiries and complaints.

I am a recent graduate and completely new to the community side of marketing. I have a background in public relations and social media marketing and I am so excited to launch my career in community. I obviously have A LOT to learn and I can't wait to get started.

As I am working in the tech/SaaS sector and would love to hop on zoom, chat online, or pick up a phone to talk to those in Tech/SaaS and learn how they have grown a community. :)
