Whenever someone thanks you, or says something nice about how the community has helped them, save a screenshot to a "Smile File." When you start to lose your mind, go peruse the comments in the Smile File for a few minutes to remember why you're doing it in the first place.

Taking a lap outside is a must for me. I try and take a few 10-15 minute breaks in my day and get outside just to step away for a bit. It really does wonders!
