I think an underrated skill that I see from my community team leader (shoutout to Alex!) is that she is great at supporting me when there is a need from the community. She doesn't mind getting in the weeds of day to day community tasks to help me and other CMs along the way 🙌🏽

Something I highly value in any community leader - team lead or not - is empathy. It's not traditionally thought of as a 'skill' as such, but it's the cornerstone of much of what it means to work with a community.
humility and integrity.
Being able to go from the societally accepted MULTITASKER to the oft, lesser accepted by imo more effective, SINGLE TASKER
Being humble and setting one's ego aside
