I feel guilty whenever I'm spending time in other communities that I'm not managing.

I recognize this feeling, especially when it seems like there aren't enough hours in the day to pour more effort and time into the communities I (lol, we) manage.

Like you, it's also the thing that has been stopping me from connecting more with other community-communities like this one, but it's something I'm working to incorporate more of into my workflow. I think this is an example of working smarter rather than harder. There will never be enough hours in the day to pour into our communities but it's helpful to learn ways we can be more effective and lean on the experience of the collective.

Thanks to The Community Club for a hosting space like this for us to drop into, share a little, and grow a lot.

I realize I never hit you back here!

I think you're exactly right that this is working smarter not harder... if you're not investing the time to learn more then you get stagnant and stop improving.

I also totally agree that there will never be enough hours to take care of it all. πŸ˜… And I'm trying to reframe that in my mind so I don't get so anxious about it and instead reassure myself that my work is very much needed!
