I have built many communities from scratch and all of them face the same challenge after getting a decent number(say 5k) of community members - most of them are passive community members. While I have used various tactics and had come out of this most of the time. But every time it feels like a new challenge. Is there anything that has worked for you repeatedly? What is it?
