Hi Ronald! Definitely empathy is the #1 I've been seeing everywhere for this role which is kind of a double edged sword for me because i always put myself in people's shoes and want to alleviate any negative feelings they may feel or have all the while without compromising the company's mission and values. Also finding the right balance between being welcoming and friendly but still maintaining a sense of authority is key (as to some, empathy can be seen as a weakness) sad face
