I remember back when I was a Community Manager and understanding analytics was the hardest part of my job. My brain just didn't digest and process the info quickly, so I'd have to look at charts and numbers over and over for it to register. And then, the hardest part became being able to tell a story around the analytics. Honestly, this can still be challenging today. Can anyone relate?!
