We'll be hosting our annual conference in a few months and, after some review of previous attendee feedback, we've identified some easy wins 🏆 The one that stood out the most was how folks wish it had been easier to swap phones #s/emails.
My current self-assignment: Lower the barrier for folks wanting to share their contract information with each other. 📝
We will have a hybrid event this year but the majority (75%) of our ticketed attendees have shared that they'll be in-person. There is a mobile app tied to our virtual conference platform but it's "look up" function isn't the best.
