Insiders Program- YAY or NAY?

Im re-vamping our insiders program and trying to figure out:
-Why should someone want to be an insider vs. a regular community member?
-What keeps people as insiders?
-What do you share with insiders? How much info is too much info?

I would love to hear what works for your current programs and what you would want to do differently?

Thank you!!

For what keeps people as insiders, I'd look at Holly Firestone's OSNAP framework: hollyfirestone.medium.com/oh-snap-...

As for the other questions, I think it depends on what you're trying to accomplish for the business and where that crosses over with what your audience is interested in. What's the business goal here?

I think special opportunities to connect with other folks in the program or the community leaders are always special.

Discounts on things like conferences could make it sort of like an Amazon Prime for your community: Cheaper than not being part of the program if you intend to attend such events, but also incentivizes folks to, indeed, attend.
