In thinking about the other standard roles in the C-Suite, I wonder if the Chief People Officer is a good analog for our industry. When you think about Boards recognizing just how important it is for the workplace community to have executive oversight, by that same logic, I'd love to see companies having the vision to see the impact a Chief Community Officer could have on communities of users.
