How do you boost remote employees productivity?

I understand that working remotely provides more freedom to workers, but there is also some negative outcome. What would you say works effectively for your remote workers or for you to be more productive?

I would focus on setting expectations -- if someone is not being productive, the best thing you can do for everyone involved is to provide that feedback so they have the opportunity to work to their potential.
